Meet Camden
With a passion for sports and community, Camden earned her Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication with a focus in Media and Society and Sports Management, followed by a Master of Mass Communication in Digital Strategy from the University of Florida. Her studies in writing, analytics, and sports management built a strong foundation that she now applies in her current role, where she focuses on driving digital strategy, fan engagement, and brand growth in the sports industry.


Camden currently serves as a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Zawyer Sports & Entertainment, where she oversees multi-channel marketing strategies for a diverse portfolio of professional sports teams and brands. Zawyer owns and operates the Jacksonville Icemen, Savannah Ghost Pirates, Greensboro Gargoyles, Tahoe Knight Monsters, Charlotte Checkers, Gastonia Ghost Peppers, the Upshot League and its affiliated teams in Jacksonville, Savannah, Greensboro, and Charlotte, as well as two new hockey franchises in Augusta and Mobile.
In this role, Camden manages email marketing, SMS campaigns, paid social advertising, and OTT marketing initiatives to drive ticket sales, merchandise revenue, and fan engagement. She has played a key role in building the digital infrastructure for Zawyer’s newest teams, developing Google Analytics 4, SEO, and Google Search Console integrations for Augusta and Mobile. Her expertise in audience targeting ensures communications campaigns reach the right fans with maximum impact.
Beyond team operations, Camden also supports Zawyer’s marketing agency, 32 Degrees, where she works with clients such as Community First Igloo, Ghost Pirates Ice, First Coast Cardiovascular Institute, and Davis Capital Management. For these clients, she manages website strategy, Google Ads, social media, content creation, and email campaigns tailored to their unique audiences and goals.
Camden’s work spans sports, health, lifestyle, and community-driven brands, reflecting her passion for using digital strategy to connect organizations with their audiences in meaningful and measurable ways.


Previously, she was a Social Media and Branding intern for the UAA at the University of Florida. As an intern, she was able to learn more about the behind-the-scenes of sporting events and everything that goes into marketing the university’s brand as a whole. She gained hands-on experience with collecting and producing event content in-real-time publishing as well as planning and creating content for various Florida Gators accounts. In this position, she has assisted in promoting events and campaigns through social platforms and producing marketing content in the field. She has become very familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere. With these, she edits videos and photos as well as maintaining a uniform style across all media platforms through Lightroom presets. She can provide assistance reporting and analyzing content performance with her knowledge of various media platforms and their analytics and knowledge of the application Sprout Social and Hootsuite. It is also her job to research current trends on various media platforms but more specifically for TikTok. She is able to brainstorm ideas for content whether they be professional, like behind the scenes media day, or interactive, like the tiny mic series.

Also, she was a Social Media intern for Athletes Unlimited, a professional sports league for female athletes, where she creates and curates engaging content for social platforms both in-season and out-of-season. In-season, she provided media coverage support to clip and edit assets for immediate and later use to fulfill Athletes Unlimited social marketing strategies of awareness and engagement. She supports a collaborative environment that sparks creativity and growth. Through this, she has learned how to leverage opportunities for a positive ROI, the importance of brand development, and how to effectively apply strategy to overall marketing goals.
